Shipping Policy

All orders are processed for verification within 2 to 3 hours business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a call before your order is shipped. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-3 business days], for destinations within Kathmandu.

We also ship our products outside Kathmandu valley. Extra charges for shipping outside Kathmandu valley will be applicable.

Standard delivery charge is Rs 150 within Kathmandu valley.

Delivery timings are 11:00 am to 6 pm from Sunday to Friday. We will contact you via call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.
